Deasy joined Smile Train in November 2007, after spending more than ten years in sales, marketing, office administration, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Jakarta. In addition to her professional experience, she also has a background in humanitarianism.
Her role expanded in November 2009 – she began working directly with treatment partners, assisting in their accounting and reporting on patient care. In 2011, Deasy became the Program Manager for Central Indonesia Region and in 2015 became the Country Manager for Indonesia
Deasy graduated from Secretary Academy and has attended numerous courses for development. She is very passionate about her job and helping others. She comes to work excited every day, knowing that her tireless effort will help the people of Indonesia receive their forever smiles.
