Ruth Monalisa started her career working as a psychologist, after graduating with a degree from one of Jakarta’s most well-known private universities. Alongside the psychology faculty, she developed the Self Development Training for Poor Children project, collaborating with primary, junior high, and senior high schools throughout Jakarta.  

Prior to joining Smile Train Indonesia, she worked with PT Johnson & Johnson Indonesia in human resources, which further strengthened her skills with training and relationship building. Her passion for helping others brought her to Smile Train Indonesia, where she utilizes her personal and professional competencies to build and develop programs and help put smiles on the faces of children in need.
