Tina is a big believer in the power of "changing the world one smile at a time.” It’s what inspired her to join Smile Train Indonesia. She loves the opportunity her role provides to help change children’s lives each day.

As a Program Manager, Tina oversees the growth and development of comprehensive cleft programs at 32 Smile Train partner hospitals, primarily in West Indonesia. She also helps support Smile Train Indonesia’s expansion in all regions of the country.

Prior to joining Smile Train Indonesia, Tina worked as a television journalist. She received a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication from the Universitas Mercu Buana, Jakarta.

In her free time, Tina likes to read, watch documentary films, and spend quality time with friends and family. She travels whenever possible and loves history and seeing ancient architectural monuments.
